Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all sales by JSA TRANSPORT LIMITED (company number 08968905, registered office 15 Edgecote Close, Manchester, M22 4UT, United Kingdom). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where you buy as a consumer.

1. Vehicle and machinery sales

All vehicles and machinery are used. We describe each item honestly and accurately. Prices and VAT status are shown on each listing. A sale is agreed when we confirm your order in writing by email.

2. Payment

Payment instructions are provided by email from sales@jsa-transport-ltd.com only. Never make payment based on instructions from any other source; if in doubt, contact us before paying. Ownership passes to you once payment has been received in full.

3. Delivery

We operate on a delivery-only basis. Delivery dates are agreed with you in advance. The vehicle or machine is fully insured while in transit. Risk passes to you on delivery.

4. Inspection

Every item is professionally inspected and prepared before delivery. Please inspect the vehicle or machine on delivery and tell us promptly about any issues.

5. Returns

10-day inspection/return period subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions. To request a return, email us within 10 days of delivery. The item should be returned in the condition it was delivered, allowing for reasonable inspection. Consumers buying at a distance may also have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Warranty

3-month warranty/guarantee subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions. Cover details, exclusions and claim procedures are confirmed in writing at the time of sale. See also our warranty page.

7. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery details.
  • Ensure safe, legal access for delivery, including suitable access for low-loaders where machinery is concerned.
  • Arrange your own insurance and road tax from the point of delivery.
  • Operate machinery only with appropriate training and in line with health and safety law.

8. Documentation

You will receive an invoice and the relevant documents for the item, such as the V5C (where applicable), service records and MOT history where available.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Website use

Website content is for general information. While we take care to keep listings accurate, errors can occur and are corrected when identified. Listings are not a binding offer until confirmed by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
